Zen Center of Spokane Retreats

Twice a year, in the spring and fall, we hold three-day retreats at Kairos House of Prayer, approximately 30 minutes north of downtown Spokane. The schedule includes zazen (formal meditation practice), kinhin (walking meditation), and teisho (talks by the teacher).
